Commitment of Generational Stewardship
Since 2020 we have been involved in owning semi parking lots in the Chicago area. We started with one, and then opened a second with our son as our partner, which lead to a third. We now lease commercial property along with our children in the Rockford, Belvidere, S. Beloit area. We consider the most important things are family and the commitment to honest business.
We believe good agreements make good neighbors. Our commitment to working land extends beyond contracts to genuine, long-term relationships with our tenants.
